General Conditions

This offer is reserved for individuals (1) residing in Spain who hold a Visa or Mastercard bank card issued by a Spanish establishment and with an expiration date longer than the duration of the chosen financing plan. Prepaid cards and American Express are not accepted. Payment in installments is available to the customer, provided that the time between the date of contracting the ticket and the date of commencement of the journey is more than 14 days.

After completing your order, simply click on the "3x or 4x Oney payment button with bank card." You will then be redirected to the Oney page, which displays the detailed summary of your order and the personalized financing application, which you will need to validate.

You will enter your personal information or, if you have a 3x 4x Oney account, identify yourself using the login details linked to your account.

Read the General Terms and Conditions for payments in installments to which you wish to subscribe. The Terms are provided to you in PDF format so that you can read, print, and save them before accepting them. It will then notify your electronic acceptance using the corresponding checkbox.

You acknowledge that by "double-clicking" the checkbox to accept the General Conditions, you are giving your consent to contract and are accepting the general conditions of the product irrevocably and unreservedly. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Oney constitutes proof of all transactions between you and Oney. If you apply for a financing solution offered by Oney, the information related to your order will be transmitted to Oney for the purposes of evaluating your application, managing the credit, and recovering any amounts owed. Oney reserves the right to accept or reject your financing request for the 3x 4x Oney plan. You have a 14-day withdrawal period during which you can cancel your credit agreement.

The payment of your plane ticket in 3 or 4 installments by credit card is made as follows:

On the day of the booking, the first instalment of the payment plan indicated in the particular conditions of the contract is paid.

Then you will pay 2 or 3 monthly installments, each corresponding to a third or a quarter of the order, made 30 and 60 days later for the deferral in 3 installments and at 30, 60 and 90 days later for the deferral in 4 installments. The fees include the cost of formalization. The formalization cost for deferral in 3 installments is 3% and for deferral in 4 installments it is 4.52%.  

Example of deferral for a purchase of EUR 300 in 3 installments, with a formalization fee of 3%:

– Order amount: EUR 300

- Formalization cost: 3% of EUR 300 = EUR 9 (to be distributed among the three installments)

– Installments: 3 payments of EUR 103

– Total amount due: EUR 309 (including financed management fees of EUR 9. NIR 0% APR (43.79%)

Example of deferral for a purchase of EUR 400 in 4 installments, with a formalization fee of 4.52%:

– Order amount: EUR 400 - Formalization cost: 4.52% of EUR 400 = EUR 18.08 (to be distributed between the three installments)

– Installments: 4 payments of EUR 104.52

– Total amount due: €418.08 (including financed management fees of EUR 18.08. NIR 0% APR (43.79%)

In the event of refusal of the instalment plan by Oney, Air France will not issue the ticket. In case of non-payment or dispute over the total or partial payment of the sums which the customer is obliged to pay, Oney will reach out to the customer and takes necessary actions. The instalment plan is an agreement between the customer and Oney.

Air France reserves the right to take any legal action against a customer who has purchased their ticket fraudulently.

For payment in 3 or 4 installments by bank card with Oney, the customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the general conditions. If the customer waives their credit, the charge for the transport service will be borne by Air France and they must contact our partner Oney directly to make the withdrawal. The customer must then pay for the ticket directly to Air France under the conditions stipulated in the section "Payment for your order: methods, security and controls" of Air France's general terms and conditions of sale.

In the event of modification of the transport service at the customer's initiative:

The customer shall pay any additional costs in cash directly to Air France and/or its external service providers in accordance with the fare conditions provided by Air France. In this case, the amount of the remaining monthly installments will continue to be paid on the due dates initially provided for in the financing contract, which will not be modified.

In the event of total cancelation (2) of the trip by Air France:

In the event of total cancelation of the trip and in accordance with Air France's General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the financing will be canceled. Our partner Oney will refund the customer all sums charged in accordance with Air France's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund Conditions.

In the event of partial cancelation (3) of the trip by Air France:

In the event of partial cancelation of the trip, the credit will be modified with respect to the amount of the new ticket, thus reducing the repayment period and/or the amount of the last monthly payments or canceled. Oney will refund to the customer the proportional part of the formalization costs that correspond to the partial cancelation made. The new payment plan will be communicated to the customer by email.

Oney supports a promo code. The value of the code will be deducted from the amount transmitted to Adyen via Oney.
